Your responsibilities include supporting onboarding and maintaining candidate relations to deliver exceptional experiences. Bring your knowledge of HR practices and a compassionate approach to aid in operational success, while adapting to the unique challenges of a healthcare setting. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate recruitment with hiring managers and resourcing partners Ensure timely onboarding and processing of new hires Maintain candidate documentation in line with policies Facilitate a positive candidate experience throughout recruitment Support site lead in addressing resourcing challenges Requirements: CIPD Level 5 qualified or 3 years practical experience Proven employee relations management skills Strong communication and relationship-building skills Attention to detail with recruitment processes Previous HR administrative experience preferred Help create a compassionate and organized environment as an HR Coordinator, making impactful contributions to patient and staff experiences. #J-18808-Ljbffr
