What Youll Do Provide realtime engineering support for MPD field operations, ensuring technical excellence and safety. Lead prejob planning and postjob analysis (hydraulic modeling, technical proposals, AfterAction Reviews). Operate and monitor MPD and pressure control systems. Collaborate closely with clients and internal teams to optimize performance. Develop tools, templates, and training materials to support engineering excellence. Generate and present reports to support knowledge sharing across the organization. What You Bring Required Engineering diploma or equivalent technical training Minimum 3 years of MPD engineering or field experience Occasional field trips may be required as part of the role Proficiency with MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint Knowledge of formations in the Western Canadian Sedimentary Basin (e.g., Duvernay, Montney) Handson experience with choke/pressure control equipment and realtime monitoring systems Excellent written and verbal communication skills Willingness to work oncall shifts (including evenings, weekends, holidays as needed fully compensated) Legal eligibility to work in Canada Bonus Skills Handson experience with VBA and Excel macro development for automation and data analysis Familiarity with drilling fluids, cementing operations, and well hydraulics Preferred Bachelor''s degree in Mechanical, Petroleum, or related Engineering discipline Published technical papers or involvement in industry groups like SPE Why Work With Us?
