This role reports directly to the CFO , requiring notable agility in order to navigate a dynamic landscape, along with the ability to clearly communicate findings on a real time basis, optimizing decision making and maximizing shareholder value. You are not only a financial expert but also a storyteller - a critical subject matter expert whose contributions make a true impact to the company''s ongoing success! Key Responsibilities Compilation of budget, rolling monthly forecasts, and long-term plans, including cash flow projections Cross functional collaboration with finance and operational business partners to ensure data integrity Valueadd variance analysis, encompassing the ''why'' behind the ''what'' Maintenance and potential creation of complex financial models that evolve with growing business needs Understanding of key assumptions, ensuring real time relevance along with reasoning behind shifts in fundamentals Valuation of potential acquisitions, Joint Venture partnerships, market penetration and expansion of current activities Ability to identify sensitivities and execute scenario analysis for appropriate risk assessments Presentation of findings to CFO along with potential for other CSuite members in a clear and concise manner Requirements Strong understanding of IFRS framework 3 to 5 years in a corporate finance arena, including experience in FP&A Advanced financial modeling Knowledge of larger ERP models and BI platforms Experience in a multinational, publicly traded environment Superior critical thinking and communication skills Versed in formal presentations Comfortable working in the alcohol and cannabis industries Position is on site 5 days a week, with the possibility of moving to hybrid after 6 months Compensation 5% - 10% bonus Benefits including paramedical and HSA Kindly note, only candidates meeting the stipulated requirements will be contacted for further consideration.
