Your Responsibilities Use the AEO Selling Model to engage with every guest to help them find exactly what theyre looking for, with a ''friends first'' mindset. (Well teach you everything you need to know!) Be passionate about AE & Aerie products; educate guests on product details and make suggestions that fit their needs. Introduce the AEO loyalty program and additional brand channels to guests. Flex between the Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed. Proactively resolve guest concerns while sticking to company policy. Assist teammates and contribute to teamwork. Adhere to AEO policies & procedures and show integrity.
