Key Responsibilities: Support planning and infrastructure delivery, including managing S106 obligations and consultant teams. Coordinate design and delivery of key community assets such as parks and schools. Liaise with local stakeholders, attend community panels, and translate client needs across teams. Assist with partner selection, land parcel sales, and boardlevel reporting. Essential Requirements: 24 years'' development experience, including planning or infrastructure coordination.
