Welcome to INNIO! Were looking for a motivated Supplier Quality Engineer to join our team in Welland, ON. In this role, youll help ensure that components from our suppliers meet the highest quality standards, support continuous improvement efforts, and work closely with crossfunctional teams to solve problems and strengthen supplier relationships. Your work will directly support product reliability, customer satisfaction, and overall quality performance. What Youll Do Support and monitor the quality performance of a diverse supplier base. Help resolve supplier quality issues through root cause analysis, corrective actions, and timely problem solving. Assist with managing deviations, rejects, reporting, and supplier improvement activities. Participate in PPAP qualification activities to help introduce new components and suppliers smoothly. Collaborate with Sourcing, Engineering, Operations, and other stakeholders to meet quality and performance goals. Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and participate on quality teams such as NPI, Tiger, etc. and other project groups. Take part in our Continuous Improvement culture, including CI projects, RCAs, QCases, and related activities. What Youll bring: A technical degree (preferably Engineering) or an equivalent technical background. Experience in industrial or manufacturing environmentssupplierfacing experience in quality is a plus. Ability to contribute to change and support improvements in a fastpaced, dynamic business environment. Strong analytical skills, basic commercial awareness, and understanding of supplierrelated practices. Familiarity with manufacturing processes, warehousing operations, and quality management systems. Effective communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work across teams and regions. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and general understanding of business finance. A proactive, problemsolving mindset with a focus on quality excellence and continuous improvement. Additional Information Location: Welland, ON Travel: 3040% globally to develop supplier relationships, conduct qualification audits, and support critical program activities. Salary Range: $75,000 $112,000, which will be determined based on the candidates experience and qualifications.
