What You''ll Do Lead, support, and develop a team of roughly 46 sales representatives to achieve targeted total sales, gross profit, technical, equipment & service programs. Partner with your team to deliver on district sales goals and budget commitments. Coach and mentor others by providing clear guidance and constructive feedback to strengthen commercial, technical, and business capabilities. Foster consistency by ensuring alignment with systems, policies, and regulatory requirements. In addition to knowledge of Cleaning & Sanitizing (C&S), Water Treatment, and Food Safety, qualified candidates must have realworld experience with chemistry applications, food safety & microbiology, and equipment dosing applications and installations.
