Location: Hybrid - Mississauga, ON or London, ON Compensation: Base Salary Range: $45,000 - $50,000 per year. The posted range reflects the base salary for this position only. In addition to base salary, this role is eligible for a year-end discretionary bonus based on performance and business results. TruStone is looking to hire a Sales & Marketing Specialist to join our team! We are actively seeking candidates to fill a current, open position. The Sales and Marketing Specialist role is a fulltime position requiring teamwork and attention to detail. The objective of this role is to provide our advisors with quotes, product support, educational opportunities, and marketing strategies to expand their business practices. The ideal candidate will be able to work effectively in a team and independently in their role, with a desire to learn and develop their skills. About us TruStone Financial Inc. Responsibilities Individual Insurance Sales Support provide quotes, new business and inforce illustrations using a variety of software programs, including LifeGuide, Cannex, and Life Design Analysis. Product Knowledge must be well versed in the life and living benefits insurance products offered from all carriers TSF holds a contract with. Technical Support train our advisors and their admin staff on our backoffice portal, WealthServ, in addition to our carrier portals and TSF digital resources. Support the onboarding process for new advisors including sending welcome communications, providing system access information, and offering guidance on internal processes as needed. Sales Reports generate reports using Excel and ensure accurate tracking of campaign performance and advisor reward metrics. Project Management work independently and as a team on a variety of sales initiatives and projects to expand the sales and marketing department and boost production. Requirements Minimum of a High School Diploma required. PostSecondary degree in a related field preferred. Welldeveloped verbal and written communication skills. Excellent critical thinking and problemsolving skills required. Strong interpersonal skills with a positive, solutionoriented attitude. Customerfocused mindset with a commitment to supporting advisors with professionalism and care. Strong attention to detail/accuracy. Ability to work well independently and as team member. Computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft 365 suite required. Knowledge of insurance or investments an asset. Our hiring process includes AI screening for keywords and minimum qualifications.
