Job Description

Meyer Service & Supply Ltd. supports food processors and packaging manufacturers across Canada with laboratory, inspection, and qualityassurance solutions. This is a salesadjacent marketing role focused on turning inbound interest into real sales conversations and is not a brand marketing or creative position. Youll be joining a collaborative team that values consistency, hard work, and creating an environment where people can learn, improve, contribute, and succeed over time. What youll be responsible for: Run and optimize inbound campaigns (primarily paid search and other highintent channels) Maintain landing pages and forms focused on conversion and lead clarity Lead capture, routing, and automation Ensure all inbound leads are captured accurately in the CRM Route leads to the BDR immediately with clear context Maintain basic automation workflows (notifications, task creation, tagging) Sales feedback and refinement Work directly with the BDR and JSE to review lead quality Adjust campaigns and messaging based on sales outcomes Identify what leads to real conversations and remove what doesnt Reporting and accountability Track lead volume, lead quality, response times, and conversion to conversations Surface breakdowns early when handoffs or signal quality fail This role is not focused on: Brand marketing or social media management Graphic design or content production for its own sake Marketing strategy disconnected from execution (Some creative work exists to support inbound demand and sales activation.) What were looking for: 13 years of handson inbound or demandgeneration experience (B2B preferred) Experience working with CRM systems and lead routing Comfort working closely with sales roles Strong operational mindset (accuracy, followthrough, systems thinking) Willingness to work onsite in Long Sault, ON Education: A degree in marketing, business, or a related field is preferred but not required.
