The Job Clock and Timesheet Administrator is located in Pickering, with presence at both office and site. This role handles all timesheets, reconciles them against the customers job clock system, investigates variances, user-level discrepancies, and creates exception reports. The position is critical to ensuring accurate payroll, cost allocation, and compliance for unionized construction projects. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Prepare daily job clock to timesheet reconciliations Create exception reports for time reconciliation issues Investigate and resolve weekly client exception report lists Combine daily timesheets, review for errors and upload to ERP Prepare travel and board payments for trade employees Communicate relevant information to site supervision Other duties as required within the scope of timekeeping and finance administration COMPETENCY REQUIREMENTS Change Orientation Communicates Effectively Continuous Learning and Improvement Customer Focus Holds Self and Others Accountable ProblemSolving and Innovation Teamwork and Collaboration Values and Respects Others EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS A college diploma or university graduate in business, administration, or accounting is preferred; strong new graduates with relevant education will be considered Payroll Compliance Professional (PCP) designation is an asset WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS 3+ years of administrative, document control, payroll or timekeeping experience Experience working in spreadsheets of medium complexity Knowledge of time entry and payroll processes is a strong asset Experience in nuclear or large industrial construction industry preferred Familiarity with trade agreements and working with unionized employees SKILLS, ABILITIES, AND OTHER REQUIREMENTS Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills Exceptional organizational skills Strong critical thinking skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills OPG Security Clearance requirements WORK PERKS & BENEFITS Companypaid health and dental benefits Opportunity to participate in community and wellness initiatives Team building events Access to a dynamic Employee & Family Assistance Program Opportunity for ongoing professional development Rewards and recognition Scholarship Program for employee dependents COMPENSATION The expected salary range for this role is between $50,000 and $65,000 annually. The starting salary will be based on several factors such as the successful candidates qualifications, including but not limited to education, experience and overall competencies. Salary is one component of Black & McDonalds total rewards package.
