STATUS: Fixed Term, Full Time TRAVEL: NA LOCATION: Concord, ON Role Overview The Studio Production Specialist supports Rust-Oleum Canadas in-house production and photography studio by executing photo and video content under the direction of the Studio Production Manager. This is a handson production role focused on content creation, studio support, and postproduction execution. The Specialist works closely with the Studio Production Manager and crossfunctional partners to deliver highquality, onbrand assets that support marketing and business objectives. Key Responsibilities Content Production & Execution Capture video and photography content in studio and on location, including product imagery, tutorials, demos, lifestyle content, and events. Set up and support production environments including lighting, staging, props, and equipment. Execute editing for video, photography, and basic motion graphics. Support animation, music sourcing, and VO workflows in collaboration with internal and external partners. Ensure all deliverables align with established brand standards and creative direction. Studio Support & Workflow Execution Support daytoday studio operations including shoot preparation, equipment handling, file management, and asset organization. Follow established production workflows, schedules, and project timelines. Assist with maintaining studio equipment, production spaces, and asset libraries. Support production planning and execution under the guidance of the Studio Production Manager. Collaborate with the Studio Production Manager, Digital/Social Manager, Brand teams, and external partners as needed. Actively participate in production meetings and creative reviews. Continuously develop technical and creative skills across video, photography, and editing tools. Skills & Qualifications 35 years of handson experience in video and photography production and content editing within a studio or contentdriven environment. Working knowledge of lighting, camera operation, and basic set design principles. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and Lightroom; After Effects considered an asset. Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and filemanagement skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and follow established production workflows. Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and eagerness to learn, develop, and grow within a creative production environment. Must be a team player who can deal with adversity and challenges. Postsecondary diploma or degree in media production, communications, graphic design, or a related field. Pay Range: $60,000 - $65,000 annually. Final compensation is dependent upon individual''s knowledge, skills, experience, internal equity and market data alignment. #J-18808-Ljbffr
