About the Role As a Territory Manager in Alberta, Canada, you will drive new business growth and ensure customer success within your designated territory. Youll execute sales strategies, build strong customer relationships, and meet ambitious growth targets while acting as Halters onground representative. Key Responsibilities Prospect new business through outbound lead generation, attending local cattle auctions and livestock associations, and responding promptly to inbound leads. Conduct infield sales visits on horseback, sidebyside, or at customer sites, presenting Halters value and providing onsite support. Expand existing customer relationships by identifying upsell opportunities and increasing the adoption of Halters technology. Achieve highgrowth sales targets and manage your pipeline to maintain focus on shortterm deals while planning for future growth. Maintain and grow customer accounts postsale, ensuring ongoing satisfaction and smooth transition to the onboarding and deployment teams. Own your territory, building relationships with stakeholders from local, state, and federal agricultural agencies and regional groups. Deliver a superior onboarding experience, overseeing endtoend deployment of Halters products for each client. Gather and relay customer feedback to the product and support teams, ensuring continual improvement of our solutions. Collaborate with support and other Halter teams to resolve issues promptly and keep customers fully supported. Represent Halter at industry events, demonstrations, and networking opportunities to generate leads and deepen existing relationships. Contribute to the Canadian sales strategy by sharing insights and helping to optimize the sales process for the local market. Qualifications & Experience Resultsdriven, proactive, and excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills. Experience in ranching or cattle operations, understanding the unique challenges of the industry. Demonstrated sales and customersuccess expertise, with a history of creating new business and building lasting relationships. Experience managing a large territory, ideally within agriculture or technology, balancing sales and customer success. Strong problemsolving and collaboration ability, working effectively with crossfunctional teams. Willingness to travel frequently within your territory to engage with customers and prospects. Bonus Skills Familiarity with precision agriculture or virtual fencing technologies. Background in customerfacing roles within agriculture technology.
