Be a key player in bringing partner visions to life as a Sponsorship Activation Specialist. Oversee sponsor deliverables across concerts and AHL hockey while fostering a collaborative and client-focused atmosphere. This position requires managing multiple aspects of sponsorship activation in a dynamic venue. Youll work closely with various departments to adapt activations based on event types and ensure all deliverables are met. A client-first mindset combined with exceptional organizational skills will be key to your success. Key Responsibilities: Act as main point of contact for sponsor needs Coordinate activations across different event formats Track deliverables to ensure timely completion Support on-site event setup and staffing Develop reports highlighting successful partnerships Requirements: Bachelors degree in marketing or similar 24 years of experience in sponsorship or events Strong multitasking and organizational capabilities Excellent communication and client service skills Detail-oriented with a knack for documentation Harness your event coordination prowess to enhance the execution of sponsorship activations, ultimately enriching the overall customer and partner experience. #J-18808-Ljbffr
