Position : Bilingual Customer Service Representative Job Type : Full-Time, Permanent Location : Remote (Canada-based) Schedule : Monday to Friday choose one of the following shifts: 8:00 AM 4:00 PM EST 9:00 AM 5:00 PM EST 12:00 PM 8:00 PM EST (Average of 40 hours per week) Compensation : $19.35 CAD/hour Start Date : Immediate (based on candidate availability) The Big Picture: Meaningful Connections Start With You As the first point of contact for clients at Insight Pest Solutions, youll set the tone for every interaction. Position Summary - Responsibilities Receive and handle inbound calls in a timely and professional manner Deliver firstclass customer experiences answering questions and providing information in response to concerns and requests. Offer alternative solutions where appropriate with the objective of retaining the clients business Investigate, probe, and resolve inquiries and complaints. Update appropriate databases as required. Manage and maintain CRM systems and databases Complete outbound calls to clients on an asneeded basis. Liaise with the appropriate department representatives to address any customer concerns or inquiries Ensure all requests comply with existing policies and procedures prior to processing. Enjoy fastpaced days full of problem solving by connecting with client calls Perform other tasks assigned by the direct supervisor as, and when, required. What You''ll Bring 1+ years of experience working in a call centre environment Selfmotivated individuals who are able to work with little supervision Possesses excellent verbal and written communication skills Empathetic and professional towards customers Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask Possesses an eagerness to learn and work in a team setting Robust ability to problemsolve under pressure and seek support when appropriate.
