Responsibilities Provide in-home nursing care to clients in the Orangeville area, focusing care on a single client to leverage specialized expertise. Collaborate with team members to deliver personalized care and support client needs within the community setting. Qualifications Current member of the College of Nurses of Ontario RN accreditation Requirements Experience with wound care (Mandatory) Experience with Critical Care, Palliative Care, Ostomy and Continence Care (preferred) Current First Aid (Standard) / CPR Certificate (Level C) A valid drivers license and vehicle Current immunization record including TB test completed within the past 12 months Current vulnerable sector check screening Availability to work days OR evenings, including weekends Able to work independently as well as part of a team, with excellent organizational skills Well-developed interpersonal and customer service skills to communicate with clients and provide companionship Effective problem-solving and conflict management skills Basic computer/smartphone skills are an asset Physical requirements: ability to lift up to 55 pounds, as well as walking, stairs, standing, bending, reaching, and frequent movement About SE Health SE Health is a not-for-profit social enterprise advancing health with heart.
