Your key responsibilities Interface with clients and colleagues, located throughout the world, by phone, virtual meetings and in person Analyze client tax data to determine appropriate and optimal Canadian and US filing positions, and provide tax planning advice to clients Review US and Canadian personal income tax returns Manage the financials of client accounts by developing budgets, determining resource requirements, timely invoicing and appropriate revenue recognition, while monitoring financial metrics for optimal results Provide guidance to more junior colleagues on both tax technical and performance management skills Contribute to a flexible, stable, and team-oriented working culture that fosters personal development and a positive attitude Tax technical research to support both compliance and advisory deliverables Leverage technology to maximize productivity Understanding and addressing client needs in an ever-changing mobility landscape, by offering integrated mobility solutions (e.g. immigration, workforce advisory, payroll systems) Skills and attributes for success Ideally, youll also Effective communicator and confident team player who cannot only collaborate with people from various teams but also prioritize shifting demands in a rapidly changing industry Willingness to contribute to a flexible, stable and team-oriented working culture that fosters personal development and a positive attitude.
