Position Overview Effectively plan, schedule and manage service workload and resources to meet customers expectations for equipment service and maintenance. Responsible for daytoday operational requirements of the branch and for setting the strategy and goals for the branch operations business plan. Position based on customer site, representing Finning''s interests while ensuring customer needs are met. This position is a 4x3 work shift. Job Description Responsible for the daytoday leadership of staff, including recruitment and selection, orientation, coaching and mentoring, performance feedback, and supporting growth and development opportunities. Support a healthy and safe workplace by ensuring all safety practices and policies are followed by employees, contractors and onsite customers. Manage and monitor the work order process. Continually identify and recommend opportunities to improve service to customers. Responsible for managing service operations and assets to achieve best possible financial results, aligned with the corporate strategy and personal objectives. Effective planning, management and reporting of service financial results, assets and facilities requirements. Experience 5 to 10 years in a mechanical service environment.
