The Hail Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing operations related to hailstorm damage, insurance claims, and related processes. The role involves coordinating the assessment and repair of vehicles and properties affected by hail, ensuring smooth communication between customers, insurance adjusters, contractors and other stakeholders. Responsibilities Location management to ensure repairs are completed, based on storm and location. Claim Management Manage Direct reports Manage professional relationships with suppliers, clients, and dealerships Estimate hail damage to vehicle and review repair plan Travel required to various clients / Hail Locations Oversee the quality of repair and ensure they meet standards Managing a team Qualifications Bodyshop and or hail repair experience (2-3 years) Knowledge of the PDR/Hail Repair Process an asset Estimation experience using Mitchell and Audatex/Qapter Ability to travel across Canada is required, based on business needs Strong verbal and written communication skills French is an asset Benefits Competitive Compensation and Benefits Package Employee Vehicle Purchase & Service Plans Employee and Family Assistance Programs Company-wide appreciation events and contests throughout the calendar year Professional development and the opportunity to grow your career And those are just the basics.
