*This role is open to remote based candidates based in Canada with a preference for Vancouver-based candidates* Were looking for a Demand Generation Specialist to join our team and help drive the next stage of our growth. As our Demand Generation Specialist, you will own and run demand generation programs that drive qualified pipeline, with a strong focus on ABM execution, B2B email nurturing, digital advertising, campaign performance, and funnel reporting. Skills 3-5 years in B2B SaaS demand generation, growth, or digital marketing roles Proven track record of building and optimizing campaigns that drive pipeline Strong understanding of funnel metrics and conversion optimization across the buyer journey Handson experience with AIpowered demand generation tools, Salesforce and Account Engagement (Pardot) including lead scoring, segmentation, and automation Comfortable owning campaign performance and reporting with the ability to turn data into action Experience running A/B tests and experiments across channels, email, and landing pages Experience managing digital campaign budgets and optimizing spend for performance and ROI Ability to manage multiple campaigns at once with strong attention to detail Strong instincts for messaging and content that drives engagement and conversion Comfortable contributing to content development in a lean team environment Selfstarter who can move quickly and collaborate crossfunctionally Bonus points if you have experience with website CMS and conversion optimization What You Will Be Doing Execute and optimize demand generation programs that drive qualified pipeline including alwayson campaigns, ABM, and event followup Help improve how we measure and scale demand generation through clear reporting, actionable insights, and improved data quality and effectiveness across the MarTech stack Support demand generation for new markets through targeted campaigns, messaging, and web experiences Execute ABM programs using enterprise motions including targeted ads, personalized email outreach, and tailored landing page experiences Own our email marketing program end to end including segmentation, persona nurture workflows, and campaign execution Continuously optimize and manage our paid digital campaigns across channels, providing budget recommendations grounded in performance data Partner with the Marketing Director to inform content priorities based on campaign performance and audience insights Collaborate on and contribute to campaign content such as emails, landing pages, and briefs while leveraging team support for larger assets Support SEO and AIdriven search visibility efforts by optimizing content and identifying opportunities to improve performance Partner with specialized external partners to advance projects and meet set objectives Run and iterate on experimentation initiatives, including A/B testing to improve performance and conversion Own and optimize marketings use of technology, AI tools and Account Engagement (Pardot) to improve automation, segmentation, and reporting Develop and maintain reporting dashboards, using data and attribution insights to improve campaign performance and pipeline outcomes Collaborate with Sales on system alignment and lead scoring model Compensation Our marketbased compensation structure starts at $80,000$90,000 per year. The range varies based on experience, skill level, and internal equity. This range reflects base pay only and does not include our competitive bonus program and benefits.
