Yakima Valley School Psychology Consortium (YVSPC) Internship JobID: 1845 What Youll Be Doing Conduct psychoeducational assessments and produce comprehensive reports Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team processes Develop and implement school counseling curriculum (academic, career, mental health, and transitions) Collaborate and consult with teachers, families, staff, and community agencies Collect, analyze, and monitor student data to guide interventions and progress Engage in ongoing professional development, trainings, and maintain a portfolio aligned with NASP standards Coordinate across school sites while supporting internship requirements and overall program effectiveness What We Offer Excellent benefits package: Medical, Dental, Vision, paid time off, paid holidays, and more Working days: 5 days per week / 180 days per year Temporary Internship Position Tentative Dates: 08/202606/2027 Placements available across participating YVSPC districts (Grandview, Sunnyside, Wapato, Mabton, Othello, and Ephrata) Opportunities to work in elementary, middle, and/or high school settings Fulltime internship aligned with the academic school year What Youll Need Education: Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in School Psychology. Must currently be enrolled in a school psychology graduate program through Eastern Washington University or Central Washington University. Work Environment The usual and customary methods of performing the jobs functions require the following physical demands: occasional lifting, carrying, pushing, and/or pulling, some climbing and balancing, some stooping, kneeling, crouching, and/or crawling, and some fine finger dexterity. Generally the job requires 50% sitting, 25% walking, and 25% standing.
