About The Role Were looking for a strong Team Lead to support and lead our day shift operations within our vehicle reconditioning facility. This is a handson leadership role focused on keeping production moving, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring the team is supported, coached, and held accountable throughout the shift. The role is ideal for someone who thrives in fastpaced, targetdriven environments, is comfortable leading from the floor, and can keep teams aligned and performing at a high level.
