Overview Optometrist - Full Time - Full-Scope Care - Vancouver, BC Licensed experienced doctors are encouraged to apply! Optometrist owned and optometrist led. Joining a group of ODs that are focused on decisions based on impact to ODs and patients, not the bottom line. Ownership opportunities are available. Lot of our lenses are manufactured in Canada. This is an exciting position for an optometrist who is looking to practice full-scope and have the opportunity to pursue specialties of interest. Why Youll Love This Opportunity Exposure Do what you love - OD will be doing full scope and a little bit of primary care, such as eye exams and retail dispensing. Approximately 90% of pretesting is done for the doctors, allowing time to build strong relationships with patients and to work with the optician and dispensary team for successful handoffs. Environment A lovely location In addition to being located in beautiful Vancouver, BC, our office has a fantastic team comprised of another OD, tech support, front desk, a practice manager, and our fantastic opticians. Schedule & Benefits Work/Life Balance - Typically 3-4 days, flexible hours; we can accommodate more or fewer hours and group patients by ages to optimize time per visit.
