Overview Agricorp is seeking an experienced leader to join our Claims team in the Program Delivery division to help deliver financial and risk management programs for Ontario''s agriculture sector. The Team Leader, Claims Services will support a group of adjudicators, customer-oriented professionals responsible for determining program benefits across a suite of different programs. The Role As the Team Leader, Claims Services you will act as a hands-on functional and motivational leader to ensure that team members are empowered to provide customers of AgriStability, Risk Management Program, Production Insurance and other programs with efficient and effective administrative support for claims and program payments. This position reports to the Manager, Claims Services and works in partnership with the leadership team.
