Who Are We Looking For As a Designer, you blend creativity with technical skills to support project teams in creating visually appealing and functional designs. Under the guidance of experienced professionals, you contribute to various stages of the design process, from conceptualization to producing detailed drawings. This role offers you the opportunity to learn and apply design principles and software tools while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to bring innovative design solutions to life. This posting is for an existing opening. What You Will Do Create and refine design concepts and/or development of detailed plans and construction documents leveraging BIM (Building Information Modeling) ensuring adherence to project requirements and design intent. Prepare and/or coordinate drawings/documents primarily utilizing Revit in accordance with client specifications, budget, applicable building codes, and project timelines with the support and guidance of our team. Maintain a good working knowledge of applicable building codes and municipal bylaws. Attend site visits, meetings with clients, consultants, contractors, and municipalities. What You Will Bring Diploma in Architectural Technology or equivalent. Recent graduate or around 1 year of experience within an Architecture firm. Proficient experience in Revit, SketchUp and Adobe Creative Suite. Working knowledge of applicable building codes and municipal bylaws with experience in the municipal approval process. Strong communication, critical thinking, and effective problemsolving skills. Willingness to work in a hybrid role, with 2 days in the Studio. What We Will Provide The annual salary band for this position is $60,000 to $70,000. Final compensation within this band will be determined at the time of hire based on experience, skills, and internal equity.
