Job Title: Customer Service / Technical Support Rep (On-Site) Job Description The Customer Service Representative / Technical Support Representative engages with customers through inbound and outbound calls and/or online channels. This role is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and/or technical support by resolving routine inquiries and issues related to client products and services. What You Will Do in This Role Act as the point of contact for all technical inquiries about hardware, software, or client products. Greet customers courteously, professionally, using agreedupon procedures. Listen attentively, demonstrate empathy, and build rapport with customers. Clarify customer requirements; probe for understanding; use decisionsupport tools to resolve nonstandard/unstructured issues. Prepare complete and accurate work, including properly noting accounts as required. Maintain broad knowledge of client products such as smartphones, tablets, computers, wearables. Familiarity with iOS and/or macOS is preferred. Deliver expert customer experiences with a smile. Your Qualifications Live within 35km of the Hamilton site/location. At least 1year of customer service experience or equivalent; High School diploma or GED. Effective written and verbal communication skills in English. Strong problemsolving skills and ability to learn quickly; proficiency in fastpaced multitasking. Patience in working with customers is second nature. Availability to work during hours of operation: 8:00am11:30pmEST MondaySunday; schedule changes every 3months based on performance.
