Your Impact Lead complex geotechnical investigations, advanced analyses, design reviews, and constructionphase services. Guide multidisciplinary teams through full project life cycles with clear technical direction. Evaluate intricate soil and rock conditions using advanced modelling to deliver robust, defensible recommendations. Shape methodologies, standards, and innovation within WSPs northern geotechnical practice. Mentor and develop staff across levels, fostering strong capability and succession growth. Engage authentically with clients, strengthening WSPs trusted presence in Northern BC and the Yukon. Collaborate with regional and national leaders to support strategic planning and business development. The Skills That Set You Apart A degree in Civil or Geological Engineering, plus registration as a P.Eng. in Canada (or eligibility with EGBC). 15+ years of progressive geotechnical consulting experience, including northern, transportation, infrastructure, municipal, or resourcesector projects. Recognized expertise in advanced geotechnical analysis, subsurface evaluation, and construction considerations. Ability to influence technical direction, guide teams, and support strategic decisionmaking. Proficiency with geotechnical platforms such as GeoStudio, Rocscience, or equivalent tools.
