Join Our Team as a Logistics Coordinator! Valiant TMS, a global leader in manufacturing, automation, and tooling solutions, is hiring a Logistics Coordinator to join our team in Windsor, Ontario. Reporting to the Logistics Supervisor, you will play a key role in coordinating the shipment of materials and completed jobs to customers, suppliers, and other Valiant TMS facilities. As a Logistics Coordinator, you will manage shipping requests, prepare documentation, and coordinate transportation to ensure materials move efficiently and accurately in support of our projects and operations. Responsibilities Review and process shipping requests from internal teams across multiple facilities. Verify shipment details including part numbers, quantities, country of origin, and declared values. Prepare shipping documentation including packing slips, proforma invoices, commercial invoices, and waybills. Arrange transportation using courier, LTL, or dedicated carriers based on shipment requirements. Coordinate with carriers and internal teams to schedule pickups and deliveries. Prepare shipments and documentation for the daily cross-border trips, including labeling and manifests. Track shipments and provide updates to internal stakeholders. Coordinate shipments for the Spare Parts department and ensure packaging standards are met. Troubleshoot shipment issues and work with carriers to resolve delays. Arrange courier shipments for documentation, cheques, NCR returns, and RMAs. Provide coverage for other logistics team members and support additional shipping tasks as required. What We Are Looking For Education & Experience : College diploma or equivalent experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or a related field. Previous experience in shipping, logistics coordination, or transportation within a manufacturing environment is an asset. Technical Knowledge : Familiarity with shipping documentation such as packing slips, commercial invoices, and bills of lading. Experience working with courier services and freight carriers. Experience with ERP systems or logistics platforms (e.g., SAP) is an asset. Skills & Abilities : Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with internal teams and carriers. Work Authorization : Must be legally authorized to work in Canada. Travel to the U.S. may occasionally be required.
