Human Resources Manager Full-Time | On-Site Department: Human Resources Reports To: Chief Executive Officer Since 1991, ICE Western Sales has been a leader in designing and manufacturing complex, custom HVAC solutions for global commercial and industrial markets. Position Summary We are seeking a Human Resources Manager to lead and elevate our HR function. This role plays a critical part in supporting our growing workforce, strengthening organizational culture, and ensuring compliance across all HR practices. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership, deep HR expertise, and a proactive approach to employee engagement, talent development, and operational efficiency. Work Schedule Monday to Friday, Day Shift On-site at our two Calgary manufacturing facilities Key Responsibilities Lead full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, and workforce planning to support operational and strategic growth Oversee employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management processes Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies, procedures, and compliance with Alberta Employment Standards and OH&S regulations Manage compensation, benefits administration, and payroll coordination in partnership with Finance Drive employee engagement initiatives, training programs, and leadership development Maintain accurate HR records, reporting, and HRIS data integrity Partner with senior leadership to align HR strategies with organizational goals Lead HR projects such as policy rollouts, system implementations, and change management initiatives Qualifications Postsecondary education in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field 5+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably in manufacturing, industrial, or technical environments Strong knowledge of Alberta Employment Standards, OH&S, and HR best practices Proficiency with HRIS systems, Microsoft Office, and recruitment platforms Exceptional communication, problemsolving, and interpersonal skills CPHR designation or eligibility considered an asset Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced environment Must have a reliable vehicle and a valid drivers license to travel between our two Calgary sites (35km apart) What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience and credentials Health, vision & dental coverage premiums fully paid by ICE Western Paid vacation RRSP match Safety footwear & eyewear allowancesCompany events and team initiatives #J-18808-Ljbffr
