About The Role The Senior Manager, Facilities is a senior leadership role responsible for the strategic management, operational excellence, and physical security of Clutchs facilities and workplace operations. This role owns the endtoend lifecycle of facilities across a growing, multilocation footprint, including largescale manufacturing environments, retail/commercial locations, and corporate offices. It will build and scale a centralized facilities function from the ground up, establishing standards, systems, and teams to support Clutchs continued growth while protecting highvalue assets and ensuring safe, compliant, and efficient operations.
