We are currently recruiting for a fulltime Logistics Analyst to support our Logistics team working at our Oakville Distribution Centre. Position Overview Key Responsibilities Compile daily Unshipped product Reports for members and customers Monitor SharePoint for incoming requests and coordinate actions with appropriate team members Analyze, track and coordinate communication about new product addition, demand changes, price changes and vendor changes Update product acquisition price, re-order points, Maximum Levels and Lead Time in SAP Analyze on hand stock of prime products and pre-approved substitutes and coordinate mapping of substitutes with Customer service team Update unshipped data files in timely manner Compile monthly Reports: Slow moving, Fill Rate, Purchase Order, Low Turn and Order Shipment Coordinate new product additions and program implementations with Product Support and conversion lead Assist Product Support team in maintaining substitute item database Prepare and send various requests to Data Governance team to update SAP Calculation of various Transactional Services metrics e.g. Average Lead time for individual PO Lines, PO Lines without Exception (price, Unit of measure and part number), Low Dollar Value Purchase Orders Compilation and Reporting of the Vendor Scorecard for key vendors Assist in coordinating and organizing quarterly business review meetings with key vendors Prepare and communicate monthly consumption and lead time to key vendors to meet desired service level by aligning consumption data between MMC Distribution Centre and Vendor Planning team Play a key role in new product/program implementations Carry out necessary testing in SAP for system consistency Assist Senior Manager, IPR in coordinating timely delivery of overseas container and scheduling necessary manpower for palettization Identify, monitor and communicate trends in data reporting Develop and execute analytical reports for Purchasing and/or Logistics stakeholders to support operational improvement and/or customer needs Maintain all data and communication related to third party audited reports Assemble, organize and analyze various data files using excel including pivot tables, queries and graphs Track, record, and prioritize all items requiring action and ensure follow up in a professional and timely manner Qualifications and Skills Ability to exercise judgment, tact and discretion in preparing and/or handling information of a confidential or sensitive nature Ability to anticipate requirements, proactively problem solve and work independently Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written) including group presentation skills Excellent time management and prioritization skills including the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment Excellent organization skills including thoroughness and a heightened level of attention to detail, excellence in follow up and a demonstrated sense of urgency Proficiency in all MS Office products with advanced skills in Excel Excellent understanding of business professionalism and the ability to work under pressure High energy, flexibility and agility to respond in a dynamic, fast paced environment Education, Training, and Experience Mandatory Post-secondary education in business and/or a related field A minimum of 2-3 years progressive supply chain management experience with a focus towards purchasing/planning, logistics and materials management, preferably within the healthcare/hospital sector Strong computer skills in windows environment (Excel, Access, ERP) Preferred SCMA/APICS designation or working towards will be an asset Travel Ability to travel to Mohawk Medbuy offices if required.
