As HSSE Manager, you will oversee the HSSE program for facility management services at the client site and this position will be key member of the Account Team. You will also have opportunities to participate in program development and best practices as part of the broader HSSE team.Periodic travel to various operations sites may be required (est. approx. 20% travel). This role requires being on-site, daily.**What your day-to-day will look like:*** Serve as the main point of contact for all HSSE requirements and activities, communicating needs and results to Account Leadership.* Maintain HSSE program documentation (playbooks, procedures) and all required records per JLL, regulatory, and client standards. Complete and maintain Hazard/PPE Assessments and regulatory compliance registers for all account locations.* Lead the development of JLL''s HSSE culture and training programs for the account. Develop the training matrix, manage online training assignments, and deliver presentations on relevant topics.* Ensure all accidents, injuries, near misses, and good catches are captured and reported. Serve as Account Administrator for the JLL CMO Incident Management System.* Lead or support HSSE event investigations, root cause analysis, corrective action implementation, and cross-account lessons-learned communications.* Ensure compliance with all HSSE sections of the Operational Compliance Program (OCP) and support environmental compliance per the MSA/SOW.* Support HSSE Americas team in implementing new compliance and best management practices programs account-wide and occasionally across JLL.**Required Qualifications*** 5+ years of experience in a similar health and safety role* CRSP required.* Proven record of success with project management skills for balancing multi-site activities.* Broad based knowledge of Environmental, Safety and Occupational Health regulations.* Good verbal and written communication skills.**Preferred Qualifications*** Associate or bachelors degree in safety management, industrial hygiene, environmental science, or relevant field* Experience in an industrial environment**Location:**On-site Edmonton, ABIf this job description resonates with you, we encourage you to apply even if you dont meet all of the requirements.
