Junior Product Engineering Designer Masco Canada (Hybrid St. Thomas, ON) We are hiring! Join us as a Junior Product Engineering Designer to play a supporting role in developing, improving, and maintaining Masco Canadas product designs. What You Will Do Create and revise 3D models and engineering drawings for new and existing products. Accurately define critical drawing information including tolerance/fits, GD&T, dimensional stackup, and surface finishes. Support product development initiatives, including new product launches and design improvements. Ensure all designs meet performance, quality, and manufacturability standards. Create design verification reports (DVP & R) and conduct failure mode effect analysis (FMEA). Participate in value engineering and cost reduction efforts. Collaborate with engineers and crossfunctional teams to ensure alignment with project goals. Maintain and update design documentation in accordance with internal standards and processes. Assist in prototyping, testing, and validation of new product designs. Contribute to continuous improvement of design tools, standards, and processes. What You Will Bring Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field. 12 years of experience in product design or engineering drafting. Strong CAD skills with the ability to create accurate, manufacturable designs. Knowledge of GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing) and engineering drawing standards. Understanding of design for manufacturability (DFM), materials, and production processes. Detailoriented with a high level of accuracy in technical documentation. Effective problemsolving skills with the ability to troubleshoot design issues. Strong collaboration skills and experience working in crossfunctional project teams. Time management and organizational skills to handle multiple priorities. Continuous improvement mindset, always seeking ways to enhance design efficiency and quality. Salary Range $52,500.00 $82,720.00 CAD annually (base salary plus potential bonus, profit sharing, and commissions).
