Job Description Job Title: Manager Location: YYZ Airport Compensation: $55,000 $60,000 per year plus bonus eligibility Reports to: Senior Management In This Role, You Will: Lead daily operations across OTGs diverse conceptsfrom retail to QSR to full servicekeeping every location running smoothly and efficiently. Elevate every bite and sip by ensuring all food & beverage products meet OTGs quality and presentation standards. Own scheduling and staffing, making sure every shift is fully supported and service stays top tier. Drive an amazing onboarding experience, delivering strong training plans that set new Crewmembers up for success. Create a positive, uplifting workplace where Crewmembers feel supported, respected, and motivated. Champion safety, ensuring a hazard-free environment and full compliance with OTG policies, workplace laws, and safety standards. Take action on Coyle + NSF audits, leading corrective measures with urgency and accountability. Know and communicate OTG policies clearly, using the Crewmember Handbook and CBA to ensure consistency and understanding across the team. Qualifications/Criteria: A hospitality degree is preferred. 35 years in management, full service restaurants or retail (bonus points for multi-unit experience). Stellar communication skills that keep teams aligned and guests impressed. Youre fluent in Microsoft Suiteand it shows.
