Join our efforts as a Behaviour Consultant focused on Autism Services. Provide trainings and ABA-based interventions to empower youth with Autism and support their families in the community. You will be an integral part of a supportive team, assisting children and their caregivers with tailored behavior plans. Your responsibilities will encompass assessment, program development, and real-time data analysis to track progress, fostering independence and quality of life for individuals accessing services. Key Responsibilities: Implement ABA services for youths with Autism Conduct evaluations and establish baseline measures Develop behavior programs in various skill areas Offer parent training and ongoing support Manage group facilitation for children aged 3-10 Requirements: Bachelors Degree in Social Science or equivalent 3+ years working with the ASD population Registered Behaviour Analyst (RBA) or ability to secure Experience supporting children with Autism Spectrum Disorder Valid driver''s license and access to a vehicle Transform the lives of children and families by delivering effective behavioral support and training programs tailored to their needs. #J-18808-Ljbffr
