Overview The Caf Associate is a coffee and tea enthusiast who enjoys working with people and consistently delivers a fivestar customer service experience to all members and guests. They build rapport, brew great coffee, promote Starbucks services, and improve member retention by determining guests preferences, anticipating their needs, and creating genuine moments of connection.
