Be a pivotal Project Coordinator for utility construction projects. Facilitate collaboration across planning, construction, and procurement teams to ensure project success. In this role, you will support the Operations Manager by managing daily project activities. Your responsibilities include assisting with manpower coordination, documenting project progress, and streamlining communication among various teams. A strong focus on safety and adherence to schedules and cost objectives will be essential as you work in a dynamic environment. Key Responsibilities: Assist in coordinating project planning efforts Support schedule management and forecast updates Help track progress and maintain documentation Engage in safety initiatives and quality control Collaborate with teams to ensure effective information flow Requirements: 13 years of experience as a Project Coordinator Degree in construction management or engineering is preferred Skilled in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to think critically and prioritize effectively Lead utility construction projects by ensuring organized execution, effective communication, and a commitment to safety standards. #J-18808-Ljbffr
