Arctic Traveler Canada (ATC) a company located in Burlington Ontario with a 55 year history in the Mobile air conditioning, heating and refrigeration market. We are looking for a candidate for our refrigeration assembly department. This is very fast paced work environment with the need for a quick learner. Having a mechanical aptitude and or prior experience with hand and small power tools is a definite asset and will fast track learning and assist with understanding our refrigeration systems. After initial job shadowing and one on one training on our units and processes, the candidate with direction will begin to assemble units independently. Primary Responsibilities Assemble products using both written and verbal instructions. Verify the build against the material pick list. Perform all quality checks. Assist with light warehouse duties as required. Accurately pick and pack components for shipments. Putting away inventory received. Moderate lifting and material handling as required. Skills Attention to detail and accuracy with the good problem management abilities. Highly organized and demonstrated ability to follow detailed instructions. Strong time management skills; ability to multi-task and prioritize. Ability to work within a diverse team, cross functionally within the organization. High energy level and willingness to sustain a consistent build activity level. Education And Experience Requirements High school diploma or equivalent.
