About the Role The Account Manager is responsible for the day-to-day management and support of assigned large, complex customer accounts, ensuring the consistent delivery of Swish products, programs, and services. These accounts represent some of the organizations most significant public sector customers and require a high level of coordination, responsiveness, and attention to service delivery. This role focuses on maintaining strong customer relationships, supporting account stability, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction through the effective coordination of sales activities and service delivery. Working closely with Enterprise Operations and other internal teams, the Account Manager ensures that customer needs are met, issues are resolved promptly, and account programs operate smoothly in accordance with contractual commitments. Key Responsibilities Account Relationship Management Serve as the primary contact for assigned customer accounts, maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders. Maintain regular communication with customers to ensure alignment on service expectations, product requirements, and program execution. Participate in customer meetings and account reviews to support ongoing account satisfaction and performance. Account Support & Program Coordination Support the successful execution of customer programs, ensuring products, equipment, and services are delivered according to customer needs and contractual agreements. Work closely with the Enterprise Operations team to support order management, fulfillment, and invoicing for assigned accounts. Monitor account activity to ensure service continuity and identify opportunities to improve service delivery. Internal Coordination Act as a liaison between customers and internal departments including Sales, Customer Care, Operations, Purchasing, and branch leadership. Coordinate with internal teams to address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure timely delivery of products and services. Support the implementation of product changes, program updates, or service adjustments for assigned accounts. Account Oversight & Compliance Ensure adherence to company sales and pricing guidelines for assigned customers. Maintain accurate customer information, account documentation, and activity records within the CRM system. Support compliance with customer contracts, service agreements, and internal policies. Product Knowledge & Customer Support Maintain working knowledge of Swish products and solutions across relevant business lines including Industrial & Laundry, Equipment, and Chemical. Support customers by providing product information, recommendations, and solutions aligned with their operational needs. Compliance & Reporting Support internal reporting and documentation requirements related to assigned accounts. Additional Responsibilities Support vendor programs and internal initiatives as required. Perform other duties as assigned. What You Bring Experience Minimum 5+ years of experience in account management, customer relationship management, or B2B sales support. Experience managing strategic or enterprise-level customer accounts, including large and complex organizations within the public sector or similarly structured environments. Strong problem-solving and coordination skills with the ability to manage complex customer needs. Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with customer stakeholders and internal teams. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite and CRM systems. Education Post-secondary education in business, sales, or a related field preferred, or equivalent relevant experience. Security Requirement Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a high-level security clearance in order to access secure customer facilities, including certain regulated or restricted operational sites. This clearance process will include enhanced background screening beyond a standard criminal records check.
