RMWB & Other Projects Civil Full Time Fort McMurray, AB Rotaflow designs, builds, retrofits, and maintains Industrial fire Protection systems & utilities across Western Canada. For over 30 years, we have worked with some of the worlds leading energy companies, providing our expertise in fire protection We are currently seeking an experienced Site Coordinator to join our Industrial Projects team supporting work at our Fort McMurray projects . This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced site environment and enjoys coordinating field execution, documentation, and project controls activities. These projects are based at the Suncor Base Plant . This is a project-based position that will begin with a 10 days on / 4 days off rotation , which may change depending on project requirements. Company accommodations and food allowance may be provided. Strong consideration will be given to local Fort McMurray residents. Key Responsibilities Coordinate subcontractors and site activities to support project execution Project scheduling and cost tracking Manage material ordering, receiving, and tracking Support documentation requirements with Client QA/QC teams Maintain spreadsheets, logs, and project documentation Collaborate closely with the Site Manager to support schedule and budget performance Perform project-related data entry and reporting Project controls and tracking deliverables Qualifications & Experience Minimum 5 years of experience in a Site Coordinator or Project Coordinator role Strong working knowledge of Excel and Word Previous industrial construction experience required Civil construction experience considered a strong asset C.E.T. designation (or working toward it) is an asset Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills 10 days on / 4 days off rotation Company accommodations provided Food Allowance provided Opportunity to work on major industrial projects in Northern Alberta Supportive team environment with long-term project opportunities Why Join Our Team?
