Assist with print production processes and help to ensure that all printed materials from brochures to books, magazines, and more are produced on time and within budget. Help review and administer record keeping for print production needs such as design services or copywriting, or getting documents print/production ready. Report to the Volunteer Program Lead, the Print & Marketing Assistant will conduct general tasks such as: Observing, analyzing, and assisting with taking strategic action in relation print, and general marketing to stimulate growth and change in the industry. Assisting the BIPOC Foundation marketing department and contributors (program leads etc.) in coordinating project marketing efforts as assigned. Archiving and maintaining the print assets that go to production as well as any creative that is generated while assisting in the final outcomes and delivery of the production process. Assist with configuring meetings with marketing partners and executive team members and management. Assists in using the organizations vinyl machine to create merchandise for organizations use. Assist in innovating and designing layouts, images, etc. to be used for merchandise and other promotional materials. Assist in taking minutes in marketing meetings, they are present in. This role involves assisting with outreach coordination, managing communication calendars (events, media, and press), and supporting the delivery of public relations initiatives that promote the Foundations programs and events.
