Position Details This is a 12 month contract position. What You Will Do Lead the coordination, monitoring and managing of activities throughout the course of all panel platform-based research projects Independently design/develop and program questionnaires to ensure the necessary data is captured and that all analytical and methodological requirements are met Responsible for Member panel administration including managing and reporting online panel health reports quarterly, resolving issues, updating profile variables, purging Members Manage off-panel research projects Serve as key contact for Panel vendor to resolve panel/platform issues and develop best practices for smooth usage and execution of platform and relationship Manage recruitment of Members to the panel Understand and integrate analytical methodologies as they pertain to new concept and product development testing, segmenting Membership data, and understanding usage and attitudes Conduct quality checks of all field-ready survey components and client reporting elements Administer external vendor research projects including preparing RFPs/briefs, making vendor recommendations, supporting and reviewing questionnaire development and reporting Work closely with Market Research Manager to develop new processes, initiatives, training, etc. Transform market research data into clear, logical and easy-to-follow stories with concise insights and recommendations Present market research findings to internal stakeholders in a timely manner Integrate and synthesize additional market research resources to provide a holistic view of how the research informs organizational or market perspectives Provide guidance and direction on market research initiatives and proactively anticipate research needs by suggesting and recommending pertinent research projects for different stakeholders Forecast and define future research information needs and work with internal teams to ensure the relevant inputs are in place to enable future reporting Advise internal/external stakeholders on best practices for data collection, methodology, and achieving optimal audiences and response rates Manage centralized Market Research Library Actively evaluate and utilize various tools that will assist with team efficiencies Salary range is not inclusive of total compensation. Who You Are University/College Degree in Business, Marketing Major or related discipline Certified Analytics and Insights Professional designation, preferred Market Research Certification, preferred 3+ years exceptional analytical and methodological expertise in market research Advanced quantitative and qualitative research skills, including experience in execution of analytical techniques including key driver analysis, regression analysis, factor & cluster analysis Advanced proficiency with SPSS, survey software and MS Office product suite, data visualization skills in PowerPoint or similar software Proven ability to research and apply knowledge creatively with exceptional written and verbal communication skills along with excellent organizational skills Proven ability to manage relationships with external vendors Internal applicants are asked to formally express their interest by applying online no later than 10 business days after the position was posted.
