Medical Director Veterinarian Lead with Excellence! We are seeking a passionate veterinarian to join our Elmvale Veterinary Hospital to set the standard for medical excellence, mentor a talented team, and drive hospital success. What Youll Do Lead and mentor veterinarians and support staff to deliver exceptional medical care. Develop and implement medical protocols and best practices. Oversee surgical and medical cases to ensure positive outcomes and client satisfaction. Collaborate with the hospital manager on operational strategies and growth initiatives. Participate in community events and foster strong client relationships. Provide handson veterinary care, including consultations, diagnostics, and surgeries. Promote a culture of collaboration, professionalism, and continuous learning. What Youll Need to Excel Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree or equivalent, licensed in Ontario. Strong leadership and mentoring skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to thrive in a fastpaced, teamoriented environment.
