Our team executes more than 50 events every year everything from webinars and small client gatherings to major industry conferences and large partner activations across North America and Europe. Its a big program with a lot of moving parts, which means were looking for someone whos comfortable running the full spectrum of events. This role is a 15-month maternity leave cover for our Event Marketing Manager, and youll step directly into the engine of our events program. Youll work closely with marketing, sales, customer success, and product teams to plan events that educate the market, showcase our platform, and strengthen relationships across the IR community. The Role As Irwins Event Marketing Manager, youll bring our brand to life through both virtual and in-person events from webinars and client dinners to major industry conferences. Working closely with the VP of Brand Marketing, youll help run a global events program that supports sales, strengthens relationships with our clients, and introduces new audiences to Irwin. What Youll Do Plan and execute events across North America and EMEA, including owned events, partner programs, sponsored conferences, and client dinners. Own webinar production end-to-end, from coordinating speakers and promotion to managing the live broadcast and handling post-event communications, recordings, and follow-up. Own event logistics from start to finish, including venues, vendors, registration, signage, technology, budgets, and onsite coordination. Support sales enablement around events, maintaining target account lists, coordinating registration tracking in HubSpot, and ensuring leads are routed and followed up on after each event. Partner with product and customer success teams to create event content that educates the IR community and showcases how our platform helps teams do their jobs better. Keep the program organized and moving, managing timelines, deliverables, and the event calendar through Asana. Measure and report on performance, tracking registrations, pipeline, and ROI in HubSpot and sharing insights that help us improve future events. Bring new ideas to the table, identifying opportunities, formats, and partnerships that strengthen Irwins presence in the IR community. What Were Looking For Required Skills Bachelors degree required 4+ years of B2B event or field marketing experience, and you know how to design events people actually want to attend. You thrive in a fastmoving environment. With dozens of events happening throughout the year, you know how to prioritize, stay organized, and keep things moving even when timelines overlap. Youre a strong communicator. Events touch a lot of teams marketing, sales, product, customer success, leadership and youre comfortable keeping everyone aligned and informed. Youre organized and detailoriented. From vendor coordination to attendee communications, you know how to keep the moving pieces under control so events run smoothly. You bring a creative lens to event marketing. Were not interested in repeating the same old B2B playbook we want someone who enjoys thinking outside the box and creating experiences people actually remember. Youre comfortable with marketing tools like HubSpot and Asana, and quick to learn new platforms like Zoom Events, Descript, or Canva when needed. You know how to measure what matters. Youre comfortable tracking registrations, pipeline, and event performance, and using that data to improve the next program. Youre open to travel, both within North America and internationally, depending on the event calendar.
