Technical Services Quoting Co-ordinator Job title: Technical Services Quoting Co-ordinator Location: Halifax, Elland, HX5 9JP Hours: 37.5 hours Working Pattern: Full-time, On-site 5 days per week careers.asafe.com Are you someone who thrives on accuracy, enjoys working with technical information and takes pride in getting the details right? As a Technical Services Quoting Coordinator at ASAFE, youll play a crucial role in translating customer requirements into precise quotations and technical drawings that ensure our industryleading safety systems are designed and installed correctly. This is a handson, detaildriven position where your work directly supports sales success, customer satisfaction, and safe project delivery across the UK and beyond. How you will make an impact: Youll translate site survey findings and customer requirements into accurate, compliant technical solutions. Youll create, update and manage technical drawings using our inhouse quotation software and electronic drawing tools. Youll prepare quotations, Bills of Materials (BOMs) and supporting documents that ensure smooth handover to our installation teams. Youll work closely with Internal Sales, External Sales (ASMs), Partner Account Managers and Installation Coordinators to ensure clarity throughout the quotation and delivery process. Youll maintain accurate CRM records, ensuring projects have full visibility and traceability across the business. Youll support continuous improvement by spotting opportunities to enhance accuracy, workflow efficiency and communication. Youll help ensure quotation turnaround times meet SLA expectations, supporting excellent customer experience and commercial outcomes. What we are looking for: Experience working with electronic drawings or computeraided design (CAD) tools. Ability to read, understand and interpret site drawings. High attention to detail and strong accuracy in technical work. Ability to learn new systems quickly as youll be working with both our inhouse quoting system and our new Conek platform. Strong communication skills and the confidence to work with multiple teams. Ability to prioritise effectively across varying project sizes and workloads. Experience using CRM systems (NetSuite or equivalent). Strong IT literacy across standard office applications. A selfstarter with excellent organisation, time management and the ability to work autonomously. A collaborative mindset, the quoting team works closely together to meet deadlines and support each other. A real pride in accuracy and highquality technical output. Desirable experience: Experience in industrial safety, barrier systems or other technical/engineering environments. Relevant technical, engineering or construction qualification (or equivalent experience). CAD training or certification (advantageous but not essential). Experience in estimating, technical support or roles involving data collation for quotations.
