Act as part of a successful Call Centre by responding to customer requests and interfacing with field staff to ensure service is provided in a timely manner. Responsibilities Recevoir les appels des clients ayant besoin de service Vrifier lquipement et lemplacement, et consigner linformation dans le systme de rpartition Planifier et dispatcher les techniciens chez les clients selon les priorits Maintenir une communication constante avec les superviseurs terrain et les techniciens par radio et par tlphone Assister les clients en proposant des solutions des problmes mineurs Saisir les dossiers de rparations, les pices utilises, le type de service effectu, la distance parcourue et le temps requis pour chaque intervention Recevoir et enregistrer toutes les demandes de toner des clients Soutenir et maintenir les territoires de service dsigns Assurer la liaison avec les quipes des ventes, de lexpdition et de ladministration Respecter les politiques et procdures tablies par Konica Minolta Business Solutions Effectuer toute autre tche connexe assigne par la direction Receive calls from customers in need of service. Verify equipment and location and record information in dispatch system Schedule and dispatch technicians to customers based on priority Remain in constant communication with Field Supervisors and Technicians via radio and telephone Assist customers with minor problem solutions Input records of repairs, parts, type of service performed, distance traveled, and time required for each job Receive and input all toner requests from customers Support and maintain designated service areas Liaise with sales, shipping and administrative staff Must follow policies and procedures set forth by Konica Minolta Business Solutions Perform other relevant duties as assigned by Management Qualifications High school or equivalent, BS or BA preferred Diplme dtudes secondaires ou lquivalent requis; baccalaurat (B. Sc. ou B.
