Our People Advisory Services (PAS) practice provides high-quality compliance and advisory solutions to help our clients drive organizational success through human capital. This position is a Tax Manager, Mobility (Expat Tax) offering professional growth and career potential. Responsibilities Interface with clients and colleagues across the globe by phone, virtual meetings, and in person. Analyze client tax data to determine appropriate Canadian and US filing positions and provide tax planning advice. Review US and Canadian personal income tax returns. Manage client account financials: develop budgets, determine resource requirements, invoice, revenue recognition, and monitor financial metrics. Provide guidance to junior colleagues on tax technical and performance management skills. Contribute to a flexible, stable, and teamoriented culture that fosters personal development and a positive attitude. Conduct tax technical research to support compliance and advisory deliverables. Leverage technology to maximize productivity. Understand and address client needs in a changing mobility landscape, offering integrated mobility solutions (e.g., immigration, workforce advisory, payroll systems). Qualifications Diploma or bachelors degree (preferably in accounting, finance or related field) and 35 years US and/or Canadian personal income tax experience. Excellent knowledge of automated tax processing systems and current tax laws in area of specialization. Exceptional PC proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
