Day In The Life Of a Delivery Specialist Build superior customer sales experiences by welcoming and engaging customers in person, over the phone, and by email Support retail operations by supporting the merchandising and maintenance of the store Deliver bestinclass service when delivering our products to customers homes Perform general maintenance on the truck and around the store daily Provide exceptional customer service throughout the moving process and address customer concerns to ensure satisfaction Coordinate and finalize paperwork with customers on site What We Are Looking For Full class drivers license with a drivers abstract in good standing Ability to lift 50+ pounds and move large home goods Excellent communicator who is people and resultsoriented, looking to drive sales and increase customer satisfaction Some experience in a customerfacing environment Ability to multitask and work efficiently Able to pass background checks (criminal, employment, driving history) Why Work With Us?
