This role is key to ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality asphalt production while supporting daily plant operations and delivering excellent service to our customers. Responsibilities Operate plant controls to produce hot-mix asphalt according to specifications Assist with daily plant operations, maintenance, and repairs Provide timely and professional customer service to internal and external stakeholders Operate heavy equipment such as loaders, skid steers, and trucks Comply with Environmental, Health & Safety policies and identify potential hazards Travel to other plant locations as required by production schedules Requirements Previous experience batching in a construction materials environment (concrete, asphalt, pre-cast, or aggregates) or asphalt plant operations preferred Ability to work rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays Strong communication skills and mechanical aptitude Basic computer skills and ability to perform mathematical calculations Valid G-class drivers license Welding experience is an asset Flexibility to travel to support operational needs This job posting reflects an existing vacancy.
