Job Posting: Location Administrator Onoway Company: CMN Location: Onoway, AB Position Type: Full-Time, Permanent Hours: MondayFriday, 8:00 AM5:00 PM (overtime required during spring season) About The Role We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Location Administrator to join our Onoway team. As the first point of contact for clients and a key support to our sales and operations teams, this role is essential in maintaining office efficiency, supporting inventory accuracy, and ensuring exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities Accounts Receivable Prepare load-outs, invoices, credit memos, and monthly customer statements. Post customer payments and manage work orders and prepayments. Maintain confidential sales and credit information. Ensure proper margins and pricing with the Sales Team. Investigate and resolve account discrepancies. Maintain customer tiered pricing under management guidance. Post interest charges monthly. Inventory Support Enter inventory receipts upon product delivery. Complete inventory counts and help resolve discrepancies promptly. Process returned deposits (customer and supplier). Review monthly inventory values for accuracy. Complete inventory write-offs with management approval. Banking & Accounting Process deposits via Deposit Edge and Tronia. Complete monthly reconciliations for cheque, FCC, and credit card clearing accounts. General Administrative Support Prepare invoices, reports, letters, and internal documents. Maintain office supplies and operate office equipment. Organize agendas, attend meetings, record minutes as needed. Sort and respond to correspondence requiring company knowledge. Maintain filing systems and train staff in office applications. Customer Service Answer phones, greet customers, and assist with walkin sales when needed. Provide timely, professional support to customers, vendors, and partners. Exercise sound judgment in daily decision-making. Qualifications High school diploma required; business or administrative training is an asset. Several years of administrative and/or supervisory experience. Strong understanding of accounting, office procedures, and data management. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking abilities. Ability to work independently or as part of a team. Professional, confidential, and reliable work habits. Customer serviceoriented with strong followthrough. Knowledge of sales principles is an asset. Ag student, ag graduate, or agricultural industry experience is considered an asset. Work Environment Regular office hours with required overtime during peak season (spring). Ability to sit, stand, walk, bend, twist, and lift up to 35 lbs. Extended periods of computer and telephone use. Fastpaced environment with multiple priorities and timesensitive needs. Willing and able to operate a forklift as required. Able to maintain professionalism in stressful or highvolume situations. Special Requirements Ability to meet company policy requirements including a criminal background check and, if required, a drivers abstract. Valid Class 5 drivers license.
