Become a part of innovative R&D initiatives as a Materials Testing Technician. Focus on testing new materials and coordinating lab activities for optimal mixing processes and ingredient evaluation. You will be responsible for conducting tests on various materials, assisting in studies of new compounds, and preparing detailed reports based on your findings. Collaborating with compounders, technical staff, and production associates will be key in ensuring all testing meets quality regulations and operational needs.
